Expressive readers

Who needs a Father's Day present when you have a grandson that will sit on your lap and read books with you? I can assure you that for Grandpa Brownie, the hat I brought home from a PGA tour in Ohio did not compare to time spent on the floor in my living room with Collin.

Reading Doggies, a book that involves a lot of barking. In the photo on the right, both guys are making barking noises -

Who is up there making those sounds? Oh, my silly grandpa!

And when we grew tired of making or heaing dog sounds, Grammy Lesa read The Maestro Plays over and over again -

We have been blessed with a great little reader. Collin likes books as soon as he wakes up, while he eats his meals, while he rides in cars, while he takes a bath, and of course before bed. He will now request / command "again" to hear his favorite books on repeat.
